I can relate. My situation may not be the same as yours, but I get the feeling. I finally got my feet out of the mud and onto dry pavement. How I got out of the mud may be different than how you get out. I write this because it has a lot to do with gratitude. Like much that I write this is a little crumb for someone to find when they need it the most. It is also a way to pay it forward to all those that have helped me along the way.
My life is starting to move in the direction that I want. It did not happen over night and as fast as I wanted. I can say I am honestly not where I want to be. What I can say is the movement started when I started to be grateful for the small things.
Attitude of Gratitude. My friend Mario started me with it. I realize that I focus more on the good than the bad that is going on. The more that I do, the more good that happens for me. Try it... You too may just get your feet on dry pavement as well...
